Dan Corlis Designs

Dan Corlis has been a fine woodworker for over 30 years, devoted to creating one-of-a-kind pieces that highlight the natural beauty of the wood. Dan hand selects each and every board that he uses in his work. From furniture to jewelry boxes and everything in between he uses primarily reclaimed lumber in his work.  He draws inspiration from nature and numerous other artists, particularly those in the Asian and Native American Arts and Crafts styles.  Dan grew up in the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming, where he lived most of his life raising a family until recently relocating to the Columbia River Gorge to be closer to his daughter. His work has been featured in galleries, juried shows and museums throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. Dan thrives on creating custom pieces for his clients that will last for generations to come.
